Finding and training your future stars
Starting Off delivers blended training opportunities with the option of fully remote learning and can be accessed by anyone across the UK. We have a training centre in Northampton than can be utilised by learners if required.
This qualification is for people looking to gain an understanding, experience and the skills to co-ordinate offline and technology-driven marketing activities. Learners will learn to plan, implement and apply these skills to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement and customer retention.

The apprenticeship lasts up to 23 months, consisting of up to 18 months spent in training ‘On-Programme’
and then 5 months in ‘End Point Assessment’ when the final grade will be determined by an external awarding body.

The training is delivered under 10 themes:
Sarah has 5+ years of experience in marketing and provides a holistic, personalised approach to mentoring learners on the programme. One thing she loves about her job is working with her learners and helping them discover their true potential. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys hanging out with her pet parrot, swimming, cycling and going for long hikes in the Lake District whenever she can.
All Apprenticeships require learners to demonstrate a minimum level of Maths & English, however learners may be exempt from these with relevant GCSE grades. Don’t worry if you need to work with us on this as we’ll get you through them as part of your training.
