Starting Off has over 30 years experience in delivering office based apprenticeships for employers.

An apprenticeship is on-the-job training that also includes training time away from work, this provides your employees with the core knowledge and skills required for their job role.

 

The off the job training takes places at work during which time the trainer will support the learner through remote visits and proving feedback on work. Throughout the programs we hold a series of workshops and sessions covering a variety of subjects to improve work based skills and knowledge. We also arrange visits to local business for our apprentices to see different aspects of the workplace, along with trips to places such as the House of Commons.

Our experienced team are on hand throughout the apprenticeship to guide and support you and your apprentices through their qualification. Our team are a blend of tutors and assessors that assist with learning and the wellbeing of all of our learners.

We provide an in house recruitment service who have the skills to match the correct candidate to your required job roles and culture of the organisation. You can also put an existing member of your team through an apprenticeship.
