We are currently recruiting for an assessor/ apprenticeship mentor (hybrid working) to join our fantastic training team!
The role will involve working with learners undertaking office-based apprenticeship qualifications to support and guide them through their apprenticeship, alongside building excellent relationships with employers. You will be required to set and give feedback on work, ensure deadlines are achieved, meet remotely with apprentices and employers to complete assessment and progress meetings, and work with students on a range of personal development topics such as equality and diversity alongside helping them develop the hard skills needed for their roles. As part of the role, we are looking for an individual who can attend our training centre in Northampton one day a week to support exam invigilation. As part of our company culture based on teamwork and partnerships, we ask all staff to help attend career and business events throughout the year and attend the office for staff meetings and development days as requested.
Ideally, we are looking for an applicant with a background in assessing, teaching or mentoring or someone who has experience in business and customer service or holds a business-based qualification, however, we would be open to training an applicant with the right attitude who shares our passion for apprenticeships.
