Running our Team Leader Workshops is Hannah. The Quality Assurance Manager at Starting Off and senior assessor delivering the level 3 Team Leader and level 5 Operations Manager qualifications.
I really enjoyed the workshop on Thursday. It was well structured, great presentation skills, Hannah was lovely and I liked the fact that she went above and beyond to define everything that was on the slides, which made it easier to understand
The workshop had a mixture of on screen learning and interactive elements, however it didn't feel pressured and was a relaxed environment. Very well thought out and delivered.
It was great to meet others in similar roles and hear their perspective on what they do. I felt it also built my confidence a bit more and I am now setting 1-2-1's for my team over the next few weeks.
